Hi Guys,
As some of you probably already know, I have access to Pioneer's complete range of car audio products at way under retail!
These are not from overseas, directly from Pioneer Australia with full 12 months warranty.
There are minimum quantities needed for any product purchased, and this ranges from 2-6 depending on the product. Generally the higher range products need smaller quantities.
I have set up this thread for any product queries and dicussions as the thread in the group buy was getting too big and in the wrong section.
I will be running a group buy every now and then for different products in the group buy section.
Today I will begin the bass package group buy!
Thanks guys, hopefully this will help people wanting to upgrade their sound systems but cant afford what they want.

Garion...if the following sounds good to you, then I will start a "group" buy, as for the awesome double din unit I only need 2 people to place the order.
AVHP6050DVD - Double DIN in dash DVD player - 7" screen - In dash 6 CD/DVD changer - built in dolby digital decoder - 3 RCA pre-outs (front + rear + sub) - USB adapter ready - IPOD and Bluetooth adapter ready - Aux in - Auto rear view monitoring when in reverse gear - compatible with vehicle dynamics processor.
Retail price: $1999 Price based on 2 people: $1300 + post
This is one REALLY sweet unit! One of the best car entertainment systems.
Matt, I would organise a speaker package group buy, the only problem is that there are SO many different speakers available, and everyone wants something different. The fact that I have to buy in bulk means that a few people would need to want the exact same thing.
The upper range stuff needs smaller quantities, but not many people are willing to pay for good stuff.
There is one pair of speakers that I can sell at 1 pair at a time. These are for real car enthusiasts, not a joke. TSC171PRS - 6 1/2" component speakers - 2-way - 200W RMS. These are the competition series speakers are are bloody beautiful.
Retail price for a pair: $699 My price: $350!! Half Price!
You won't even find these on Pioneer's website...I had to spefically ask my contact at Pioneer about them (and he was rather surprised lol)
This is some info I found out about them: They are made from a material that is very similar to that used in bullet proof vests, it is able to produce amazing clarity in sound and is obviously super strong. The cross overs are supposed to be much more advanced then regular cross overs. All around just a fantastic speaker.

PM Sent Scott - Sorry I cant help that much with the finer details...I can pretty much only tell you what I get from the web site and from what my contact at Pioneer tells me. (the reason I cant ask my contact every question is because I deal with him through the company I work for and it would be a bit unprofessional if I continually enquire about "personal" products, meaning, products that aren't for use at my work)
If people want extra info, dont be scared to call up your local car audio place and ask.

Hi Andrew,
The mono block as per the group buy packages: GMD8400M - 1200W Retail: $449 My price: $275 (based on 2 people)
Located just near Frankston...(SE suburbs)
I can get a slightly less powerful mono block for about $50 cheaper (800W mono block)
ALSO, if anyone wants the double DIN DVD unit pictured above, I have someone who wants one in approx 1-2 months...so if there is anyone else who would like one, get in with first dibs on the second one in the box.

$700 including the sub?
As I have said earlier in the thread, the only speakers I can buy at 1 pair at a time (ie. no box quantities) are the TSC171PRS. These are competition quality 6.5" splits. Made from material similar to that used in bullet proof vests. Would sound insane with a good amp. I can do those for $350 for you (thats about half price on retail!) - these are special order speakers.
Unfortunately, the 8" sub has a minimum order quantity of 3. I'm surprised 2 other people don't want a good 8" sub that would probably go straight into the soarer rear shelf. Price on this sub would be $165 each (retails at $230)
So those two together would be about $520, then I'm sure you could get some good 6.5" coax. for $180 from JB or something.

Sorry mate,
I'm not going to be doing this deal anymore. Its too hard to find more than one person who wants a particular item. (p.s. the unit you are asking about, I dont have an exact price in my listings, but I think it would be about $1000-1200 - I actually think that is last years model, I have the 6050 as pictured earlier in the thread)
If anyone wants anything at a discounted price, find some friends or people who want the same thing then contact me and I'll be happy to help.
Or even start a group buy lol (but I've tried and it didn't work) - maybe on another forum would work?

JB have quoted me $1775 for a 900BT ... Anyone know if that will work with the stock sub amp? i was hoping to spend $2000 all up ... I'm incapable of installing, as i suck with all hands on things ... So it would be around $2000 installed ...
Christian would you be able to get one cheaper ? I live near Frankston, so you're quite close to me... I'm guessing i'd need another person tho hey.

I dont have the 900BT on my price list...I'm sure I could get it...and for wayyyyyyyyy cheaper than that!
I can get the 800BT for $480 (min quantity of 4) Also can get the 9850BT - has bluetooth and auto time alignment for the sounds or something (very upper range product) - Only $670 (min quantity of 4)
Also, if we sought something out...we can meet up in a few weeks when I'm finished exams, and I will teach you how to install it (better to teach you so you know for the future)
