Hi there, I have recently purchased the Mazda MX-5 1.5-DIN centre console pocket. Now, it doesn't fit properly underneath my head unit and I would like to know how I may be able to modify it in order to get it to fit. Advice from anyone that has gone through this would be greatly appreciated as well as any general advice. Cheers.

No need to mod the pocket at all. I just wedged mine into the metal carrier with some self adhesive foam tape - rock solid. If you wanted to do a more permanent job you could remove the carrier and use self tappers/bolts. Make sure the bezel goes behind the centre console fascia level with the head unit as it looks much neater.
