I've got a headUnit at JB-HI and they install it for me today but after they have installed I just found out that the speaker keep have that funny noise even if I have the volume to zero. I went back to that guy he sad he can't do anything about it unless I have to rewire everything from the amp. Please Help me!!

The speaker sounds like the volume is very lound but the headunit volume is ZERO .. the reason i say that is because when i just turn the volume up a little bit already very lound...PLEASE HELP ME!!!! I can't stand with those noise

Sounds like your getting feed back from the amp, this is generally because of poor grounding for the amp. This is a common problem in the Soarer's.
Make sure you amp has good ground contact, ie the right spot and also that the surface is clean from any paint etc. Also make sure that your speaker or RCA cables aren't making any contact with the Main Power feed or Grounding Cable.

Also, from my limited experience, the gain on the amp should not be on full. Just check what the gain on the amp is set on - if its full it also reduces sound clarity even at low volumes.

It is a ground loop problem, caused by grounding the same cct twice (usually at both ends of a cable)
does the sound increase in frequency when you rev the car? if so, the amp is getting alternator noise imposed on the signal wire from the head unit. The amp main power should be run down on one side of the car, and the signal wires (usually RCAs) run down the other.
If you have RCAs going from the front to the back of the car, you may be able to fix the problem with one of these
