You will need to rewire the speakers as the stock unit does not have built-in amps and runs line level to the rear of the car and the 4 channell/sub amps.
You could just run the 4 speaker pairs to the rear of the car an join them to the factory speaker wiring.
You will need a phase splitter to run the factory sub amp from line level out of the new deck or a new sub amp. You could run the sub amp from speakers with a level converter but you will still need a phase splitter to use the factory amp.

ok so reading up about it all.

the headunit has "line out" so can i just go "line out" from the headunit to the standard amp in the boot, then just leave all the speaker wiring.

now with the sub i need a "phase splitter" so is that a seperate? and is a wire that goes on a path like this---> headunit > phase splitter > sub amp > subwoofer. ?

thanks
