What is the biggest size splits you can fit into the front doors? I currently have 4" pioneers but want to upgrade to some DDdrives and just need to find out whats the largest size that fits. Thanks

I have 6.5" mids in my doors, they fit ok, you just need to fabricate some mountings. I belive that is the largest you could go without getting really silly and building custom extended enclosures..

Paul, how do you get at your spare wheel with that custom box in the way?
There is actually a cut-out in the MDF box to allow the spare wheel to go under the central amp there, but I've taken the spare wheel out anyway.
The standard pods in the front door can only accomadate 4" speakers, however if you take these black pods out (as they aren't needed) then you can actually fit a 8" subwoofer in there...

On the parcel shelf are fusion 6.5" components with the cross overs on the boot lid. and 4 inch fusions in the front doors ( front speakers are useless).
then a lame install of a usaudio 15" sub run by a orion 400watt amp, i've got two of these subs and a killer kenwood amp to run them but i just cant install them how i want them. i still want to be able to get to my spare wheel. i after seeing Paul Brockbank (Brockas) install i'm thinking maybe something similar. any ideas?
