hey guys my emv is driving me nuts i have no sound apart from the radio however interferance doesnt even let me hear it. i found out it maybe due to the head unit not being earthed properly however my big problem is no the screen doesnt turn on, when i start the car it flashes with the current date and time and then turns off!! i was told it might be the capasitors so i undid the thing and put larger ones on put it back together but NO CHANGE!! its my only car so i dont have the time to send it off somewhere and wait for the prob to be fixed!! so if anyone has ever solved this problemit would be a great help for advice, cheers.
p.s. im not sure if its because the amp in the back is blown and if so thats why the speakers are soo quiet at max volume?!
