I'm wiring an iPod through my TV input (EMV).

I'm using an RCA cable so I have 4 (for audio) inputs: RED+, RED-, WHITE+, WHITE-

My question is RED (or WHITE) RCA cable for left or right?

I guess i can just plug it in and i'll never know the difference but i'd rather get it right.

I thought convention was red for right but as you said you'll probably not notice.
Just do it, then if wrong, trying the balance will tell you.

Don't know then. I got my iPod Touch wired in through my hands free kit but it only plays through the front speakers so sound quality isn't as good as through all speakers and processor.
