can anyone tell me what these are for?

The Yellow arrow is indicating an aluminium tube with a power wire going to it and the radio antenna lead plugs into it and the other end goes to the radio ant input.

The pink arrow points at a smaller plug similar to the radio ant plug??

My guess is the aluminium tube with a power wire is a band expander, the smaller plug is the other half of the diversity aerial
