Michael I've been looking at them for a friend for her beast of a Corolla HAHA. (god that car has no guts) Any way I don't think the Eonon GPS works in Aus, however check this out apprently they have had good responses with Toyota owners putting it into their Parado's, and what not.
Copy this into the ebay search:
Toyota GPS Navigation Parado Hiace Hilux Corolla
I think these go for a fair bit but if you are dealing with Aus people and it does look alot more factory standard rather than the Eonon units poking out.
What you will be able to do is also splice into the Vol nob and hook it up to the head unit's steering wheel volume control at least it's putting it to use.

Hard to say but I'm taking a fairly good guess the screen size 6",
That Eonan system looks not too bad, but don't quote me on this it's just my thoughts. If you really wanted a good double din head unit I'd spend that extra bit more:
- A TFT screen as opposed to these ones using the older RGB (simlar the V8 EMV screen)
- You (should) get better sound quality and clarity
- Peace of mind knowing that it has been "engineered" properly.
I've only ever seen and played with the single din 8" LCD display not a bad interface, however the LCD screen quality did let it down, sounds quality can't really say too many variables (speakers, different amps, etc).
For what they are priced at I'd say it's value for money, considering if you did want to get a standard MP3/iPod double without a gps or touch screen you could already be looking at around paying 2.5 times.
Look at the end this might not all matter so regardless what I just said or anyone tells you as long as you feel you're going to be happy with the system that’s all that matters at the end of the day.
I've been researching this for a while now and just used this site as something I can compair different brands and weigh up the pros and cons.
*They ship down to Australia, so worth looking at*
(You will also see the Boss brand is using the same face and screen as the Eonan units)
If I were you stick with a standard din unit save up and get a quality one like this one for example (who knows you might find one at a factory clearance sale which should be coming up in a few months or so as it's nearing Christmas)
Pioneer Double Din: (This is my personal number one choice)

Honestly if you really want one that you see on that site I maybe traveling to the US in the following months I'll be glad to have a look and see if they are any cheaper over there (something for me to do if I end up going for a few months) and bring back for you.
