Hi Guys,
As promised, I have started this thread for people to let me know what Pioneer product they want, and I will let you know the price I can get it.
Through my work, I managed to set up an OEM Pioneer account a couple of years ago. In that time I have done 1 or 2 group buys on here which a few people were very happy about, but due to time constraints I have not offered enough to the club.
If you are looking for any Pioneer car audio products at all, please let me know a model number of any head units, amps, speakers, subs, and I will get you a price.
I can almost guarantee to beat any retail prices because I don't have any mark-ups to cover overheads etc.

Can the P4200DVD be de-zoned?
Not sure man but I doubt it, never really looked into it as I don't plan to watch genuine DVD's on the headunit. The zone is set to the firmware however, changing the firmware on the unit to an AUS firmware could work, you would need to look into that.

Hmm - its just the main reason for getting a unit with DVD capabilities is for the kids, and most of the kids DVD's are Zone 4. I guess I could go through and rip them all but it would take a lot of time! The current unit in the car won't play Zone 4 either.

I was previously a pioneer dealer as well, if you buy an ebay product don't bother taking it to Pioneer Australia for warranties as they will tell you to bugger off. Christian can get you good deals so leave ebay crap alone and trust Christian

Walter, specs are
Part No.: 86160-24290 Specs: 2 Ohm / 40W Power Handling Materials: Corrugated Paper Cone with fabric roll surround; cast metal frame Other Part No. :CJ-WS5150A
And it works really really well. I'm giving some thought to mounting it back into my parcel shelf to run with the 12" in the boot...
