Set the Nokia to NTSC video.
Disconnect the Soarer TV plug from the Soarer tuner (under back seat driver side). Do NOT reconnect this plug.
Use the Nokia supplied cable and connect the Video to pin 8 of Dave's image. Connect audio as indicated- Ground audio and video shields to earth 0volts
Better audio can be achieved by using matching transformers (or electronics) on audio.
Above applies to Samsung Galaxy etc - unlike iPhones/iPods, no fancy cables/software updates are required - just a 4way 3.5mm jack plug in the headphone socket.

no need converting to digital mate, you can hook in a digital tv tuner to the same connections as the iphone, and then connect the iphone into the tuner. i think you can buy ones which have av input

Or you could run some leads from your old TV tuner plug to a RCA connector in the arm rest, then you can plug your phone, dig tv ,rev cam,etc as long as you only switch one at a time on ,..you can also fit a selector. I have DAB+ dig radio, dig TV,DVD,all running this way through the EMV,the best thing is you still use all the Soarers controls. As Ali says you could also run the same things through the dig TV tuner as they all have a select mode and inputs.
