Hey lads,

My UZZ32s stereo is pretty average, the amp seems tired.

Issues I've noticed:

> Right Chanel volume less than left
> 'Muddy' Sound at certain sound levels
> Volume increase seems to alter tone through the volume range.
> High pitch whine at low volumes
> Popping sounds when changing volume when on a low volume.

Is this deterioration of the amplifier or are there other units adding to such issues?

Can a modern amp be integrated into the system and the EMV functions be retained?

Cheers in advance.

I found i had a fair bit of "odd" occurances with my 32, most of it was actually the tuner module under the rear passenger seat. I did a few side by side comparisons, and that was it.

Some of my problems were sub not working, crackly sound from left side, duller music than usual, volume "swells", and that muddy tone. I tried 4 different amps and none of those fixed it, turned out they were all alright (well the first one was not). U would want to swap the big rectangular one as opposed to the smaller box under the seat.
