hey guys just wondering a few things, can anyone recommend a brand or direct me to a website that can supply me with some tv screens so i can put them into my headrests? If anyone here has done it before, what brand did u use? i have a 7" motorised Eclipse screen in the front but want my passengers to be able to watch it in the back as well, and i do alot of coast trips.
I like to keep my passengers entertained, so can anyone recommend a digital tv tuner so i can have tv as i didn't purchase the option when i got the Eclipse. I have an X-Box going in as well, i might even put in my X-Box 2 maybe...
you could have a look at the Directed Video products. They currently have two headrest monitors which provide a decent image from the examples I have seen.
I know Eclipse do make headrest monitors for the US market but they don't seem to be on the Aussie website. If you are happy with the quality of your current screen then an email to Eclipse in Australia might be worth a go.
There are also a heap of models available at Neltronics although I can't vouch for their quality as I have never seen them before. Maybe some of the guys here have used them and can shed some light on them?

Hey Brendan, my girlfriend has headrest screens in her car. Unfortunately, we went with Alpine whom aren't the cheapest. She got them installed and linked to her Alpine DVD screen for $2200.

Well I think Head rest screens are pointless!!.... Corse, I aint got no back seats, so that may be affecting my opinion. All tho, on pimp my ride, they put screens for the cars behind to see??!?

Yeah, i'm not doing it for bragging rights like pimp my ride etc, but i was in the back of my car the other weekend and had two single chickies either side of me, and to look at the screen they had to lean over me. Which while it's good for a lil while (if u know what i mean ) it gets annoying the whole was from the goldcoast back to brizzy. So i just wanted to put them in the headrests so when i'm in the back, or my mates are they aren't going out of their way to see it.
I just like to make people as comfortable as possible when travelling anywhere for longer than 30mins...i probably sound like a limo driver or something but i just care about my friends heaps

there was no problem with having 2 hot single chicks leaning on me at all, i loved it but they got annoyed cause they kept hitting heads....that's all i'm going to say cause u guys are going to take it in a sexual way LOL
