Okay, had a search around on the forums and I can't find anything about replacing the rear speakers. Well I am not really replacing anything, as I didn't get rear speakers when I bought the car. I have a set of 6" speakers laying around my room and I would like to install them. Put them into the spot where the speakers would go and found that the screw holes do not line up. Could someone tell me what is the go with that and how I should go about installing the speakers? Thanks!

hey Kim,
the rears should have spacers for the rears speakers from memory, thats what i had when i changed my speakers to a set of eclipse. maybe getting some oem spacers could help.

Kim,
I replaced my rears with 6"; 6 1/4" speakers with out a drama. I used the original factory mounts (such as Peter said) and they fitted in with a drama.

Cars with the factory sub have 4.5" speakers Cars with no sub have 6" rear speakers. All are mounted on a plastic mounting frame. The two size frames are different.
