Quick question. Does anyone know where the aerial wire for the head unit ends up to? Example, from the front console area along which side of the car towards the back windscreen? I take it the lines on the glass is the aerial? I need to know because mines faulty and would like to source it out, perhaps install a new wire. I'm a bit confused, don't know exactly what to do.

I know the wires in the windows are a diversity antenna in cars equipped with TV, so presumably they're also used for the radio? Not sure if this helps you though.. In V8s the radio and TV are located under the rear seat..
The antenna module/amplifier in TTs sits in the driver's side quarter panel (apparently). I've been meaning to look into mine too, as my reception is absolutely shocking.
