Haha if my mates were stupid then maybe... if anyone has to do that then they might as well spend the extra 50 dollars and get a brand name one and not bullsh|t. I got an eBay unit, and have no issues telling people that.
Otherwise yeah, could be a decent deck, never know with eBay electronics really...
