I've just bought 2x Audiobahn 12" subs reverse mounted in a bandpass box with perspex and I'm now looking for an amp to drive them to their full potential. They are 400w RMS each and I'm pretty much just looking for something that will do the job well without spending a heap. I'm not concerned with brand names...

Kenwood make a good mono-block rated at around 1800w peak. that would push them nicley, the amp retails just under $500, its 2ohm stable so if you run the subs down you should have them sounding great. To get the best sound you realy wouldnt want to be sending any less than 250wrms to each sub.
