Hi guys. I am new to this site so please bear with me. I am a Soarer owner for 2 months and loving it. I think the sound has got to be the best stock systems around. I have a question regarding the AV inputs in the side arm compartment. I have connected my MP3 through it and the sound is pretty crappy. Any suggestions into improving the sound quality?

How are you connecting it? Are you going out the dock connector or out of the headphone jack?

I have a Ltd with EMV screen, I wired my iPod direct into the inputs for the TV which are under the back seat. (I don't use the TV). This works really well.

Hi Ben,

Seems like you have the audio/video inputs under the arm rest.

When you connect the Ipod to these inputs you will only get mono sounds, thats why when you playing MP3z through it the sound is pretty crappy.

You can contact Mark Paddick to modify these inputs to get stereo.
