I had the same problem in the Rx-7 stacker but not the head unit(which was a couple of years younger). I believe it would be due to the age of our stackers, and the relatively new technology of MP3 files and all that other computer junk. The stacker simply would not have been designed (10-15 years ago)to read these types of tracks.
Thanks Guys I figured that out. I burnt using CD-R and finalised the cd. Works perfectly in the stacker. I think it needs finalisation when you using a CD-RW as well.Coz I never finalised the CD-RW before.

You'll also get better results burning at slower speeds. If you write the CDs at say 4x instead of 32x-50x the chances are you'll get less or no skipping.

Haha .. I read this on it's own (skipped one word) I just couldn't stop laughing. ... maybe the stackers DO work better at lower speeds, just keep it below 50 km/hr and you should be OK.

Hehe. My stacker needs a re-align, and I find that switching the TEMS to normal helps as it's smoothes out the bumps and feels like you're driving on a water-bed.
