Would extractors made for the Supra (2JZGE) fit our cars without any modifications?

Doubtful - ports would match up but I think you'd find the steering etc would get in the way.

Well, the ones iv been looking at are actually for the US spec JZA80/SC300. Theyve been trial fitted on a RHD supra, but it hits the steering rack. The chances of it hitting our steering racks are more likely right?

Again, its only an educated guess, but I'd think so, as the exhaust manifold is on the same side as the steering column in our cars, and on the opposite in the US spec cars.
