They're not mine, just thought that since they didn't have the keyword Soarer in the ad, a few might miss them

If you buy em Mike, I'll sell you my Lexus centre caps for em, as I'm going with Toyota logo'd ones (as soon as I can find the friggin part number!)

The price will be $60(NZD) incl. post for the 4 to your door

And before you ask, YES they are as NEW since they ain't that old.

Sounds like a good idea if I go for them, Would go nicely with the rear badge set. However Id probably wait till I got the Lexus Badges first... :-)

Do you recommend I go for those wheels Ive offered $220.... Id say he wont accept as hes some kinda dealer that would be all arrogant perhaps. :-(

The only prob with them at that price is that you're getting noisy hard as, Jap import rubber which'll drive you nuts with tire roar until you replace em.

Which will Around the $600 mark for something reasonably decent.

As an indicator, you'll pay around the $400 - $450 mark for a GOOD set of 2nd. hand TT wheels WITH original nuts and NZ NEW tires in useable condition.

Will my wheel nuts on the car now with the 15" alloys work with the 16" TT alloys then?

No, the TT ones are long shank chrome type.

Your 15" ones are short arse plain steel type.

Oh a pitty - I now recall that was the case. :-(

I might hold off as they are an extra requirement for the TT wheels and I doubt this guy has them... Plus $275 is wayy too much - you got yours for around a quarter of that Don!

Im sure some more realistic ones will come up soon. I like my wire 15s at the moment anyway plenty of tread so I may as well use them up!

Plus they are NOT cheap from memory? Im sure you can fill me in on the costs of 20 long shank nuts?

Yeah, but I did get mine VERY cheap.

$63 for 4 rims + $20 for 20 original nuts IS a bargain!

And that was only THANKS to a coupla fellow members ducking out of the bidding.....

I would expect to pay $100 to $200 for 4 perfect(ish!) rims without nuts.

I've never priced the nuts from Toyota, but I will do so, and get back to you

Those are far less ugly than a lot of the chrome rims I've been seeing on some of the guys on this site's cars.

I suppose you need to make up for the lack of ummf somewhere.

It's amazing what lengths you V8 boys will go to, to make your Soarer look like a TT.

I guess I should park mine up then and not get to drive it

While I agree that the TT rims aren't all that pretty, they're sure better than the V8 rims. Plus they're guaranteed to clear the TT's bigger brakes if the conversion is on the cards.

heh... that's an insane price.
I sold my set for 50$ and I was still surprised that someone would actually pay money to come and take them away.
