He's talking about the Bubble tank Rodger (which if you got done for $150, you did bloody well), not the top tank of the radiator (Unless his problems have developed further )

Bite the bullet Trevor and get a new one. See what price locally (if you can get a trade price better still), then compare to Aussie price but remember there's postage and GST to add on top.

Ring Warwick from Toyota in Wellington. Forgot which one he works at.. bond something I think. Tell him I sent you and he should hopefully be able to beat the above prices.

Trevor, Whats the delivery time on those parts? If your not in a hurry, parts could cost a lot less if you got them shipped (six weeks). I have had priced a master cylinder kit @ $278 plus GST at about a week delivery.Parts guy said master cylinder kits are discontinued but you can still order them,ex Japan and on six week or "slow boat" delivery, kit would be $150.

Trevor, I had my Radiator top tank replaced approx two years ago by a Radiator guy in Barrys point Rd, North Shore, Auckland. (North Shore Radiators) He fitted an after market one (brand new, looked exactly the same as original) and also cleaned out (rodded) the radiator, all for about $200.00.
