Hmmm kay.
Well since I've had a rear 4 point roll cage fitted in my E36, how can I legally go about removing my rear seat belts so I can get a WOF without any issues?
Can it be certified under any sort of Motor sport use?

Now don't hold me to it here but... My mate's integra has been certified as a two seater as he has removed the rear seats and belts.
You should not have any problems as long as the work is at a decent standard but being you, I would say that is no worry.
My 2c Mike, is do all the work that you don't need a cert for first and then pull your car off the road and do all the work in one go that requires a cert, as that is what I am doing with my soarer. At the moment I am just waiting for some wheels to be refurbished as they clear the big supra brakes so I can install the new LCA bushes, adjustable suspension and the big brakes. Along with the new Jamex seats just about all that work requires a cert so hopefully in the next 2 weeks I will pull my car off the road and begin the work.
The way I understand it is, if you do one modification that requires a cert and so you go and get the cert it will cost you around $400-$600 and the same again each time you visit the certifier. If you do all the work and then go for a cert it will still only cost you $400-$600 as you are only hassling the certifier once.
