Has anyone else heard of the Toyota Day at Hampton Downs. I heard it mentioned on CRC motorsport before Christmas? They gave the impression it was some kind of display in conjunction with the Toyota Racing.

Jump on Facebook as the event is on there. It happens each year known as the Toyota Festival.

Very tempted to enter this just depends on funds and if/when I get a Link ECU.

I went last year, great event put on by TNZ there was a show and shine, the skid pad and track were open even a lunch was provided. The event was free last year except for the track and the pad. I've hopefully got 6 Soarers coming already for this years :-)

Damn 6? We should rock up all in our soarer's and put those damn 86 owners to shame by trying to out number them hahaha.

I got an email last night from Play Day On Track saying as follows:

TOYOTA FESTIVAL
SATURDAY 28 FEB & SUN 1 MARCH
EACH DAY YOU CAN ENTER ANY OF THE ACTIVITIES BELOW, PRICE IS PER DAY

SHOW & SHINE FREE
SKID PAN AFTERNOON, 12.30PM TO 4.30PM $40
TRACK DAY SESSIONS $140
Your Track entry fee also includes use of the skid pan from 9.00am to 12.30pm
There will be 3 groups available arranged by speed or model so please let us know
what you are driving when you enter.
Driver Trainers available free (these are some of the top drivers in the 86 & TRS series)
The 86 series Race Cars will be racing both days (they have their own group)
