My 1991 soarer 1jz gte had been sitting for a while, I threw a stock but newer ecu in, new plugs coil packs clips wires tps new intake blitz blow off valve.Now when I went to go drive it I went to give it some throttle and really nothing it was trying but wouldn't go, but if you barley touch the peddle you can slowly speed up. any suggestions will help thanks for your time

who installed the TPS? auto electrician calibrate it correctly?

No it hasn't and I installed it and my friend who has done it before calibrated it and set it. I don't know what's wrong with it but selling it for 2500 bucks and got a type L for 400 bucks, thanks for the help
