So we have 3 sets of lights on the front of our cars.

- fog lights at bottom
- high beams in middle
- low beams, running lights and blinkers at the ends

How do I turn on the fog lights? I see no switch anywhere and I have no manual :-(

They are directional lights not fogs. When you signal to the right or left to corresonding light turns on.

Don't worry I made the same assumption on mine.

Not the early ones. Later on they became fogs instead of turn assist lights.

I like the turn assist lights..Came in handy last night. I guess I'll install some fogs behind the front grill and find a factory looking switch.

Just a thought. What about wiring an over ride switch in to turn on the assists lights manually?

The only time I drove in heavy fog, I found it quite good to put my indicators on and use the assist light, as there wasn't much glare coming back since they don't point out the front so much.

Probably need a relay at each light that disconnects the existing power feed and connects a feed from the battery or elsewhere.

It looks simple in my head. :-)

the turn assist lights along with the convex mirrors are on the list of 'stuff that should be on every car that i dont want to have to do without again'
They are great.
