I do not mind to drive a bit(Richmond, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey are definitely OK).
I am more concern about honesty=job estimation and professionalism=job quality.

What is your experience?

Well I bought my car from Cannonball and unless you like dealing with the BBB I wouldn't deal with them. Garage 5 would be my best guess. I get a lot of my parts there and have been doing business with them for 5 to 6 years, plus one of the guys there owns a sc300 with an amazing 2jz swap and its been completely done out for a track car. Other than that I am not sure

PS Garage 5 is in Richmond on Bridgeport 5 road I think.

I googled and found them at 11600 Bridgeport Rd
Richmond, BC.
