Looks good. Rob you are a busy man! Are these the ones that have the option of being heated? Do you take existing velour/leather off and then put this on permanently? Any pics of other colours? Can he do logos like 'lexus' in the seats?

Yes, They are the same as getting your seats retrimmed, so they are like a factory fit. Any pics of other colours? Can he do logos like 'lexus' in the seats? I don't think logos are an option, but you could always have them monogrammed before installation locally.

It looks as though there is not enough interest. I might be going for new Leather Race seats altogether. If anyone is interested in the seats let me know and I will get some more details and see what sort of discount I can get for a larger quantity. There is currently 2 options that look good. Both are leather but only one is ADR approved but they are Around $650 and the others that are not ADR approved are around $430.

Adam, if you want to just slip the covers over existing velour, then these will not suit you. These real leather ones require you to remove the velour and replace it, using hog rings. The other pleather ones just pull over the existing velour. I have the pleather ones and they are fine, but you can't beat real leather.....!

I installed the real leather ones from America. The ones in this group buy. There may not be as many custom options but they are real leather and look ALOT better than the thin pleather sample that was sent to me from the other supplier. The fact that no one believes that I did it myself is a fair indicator of how good these are. I would strongly recommend these and be happy to answer any questions on installing these. Check the link for photos. http://soarercentral.com/sc-forum/messages/284/269729.html?1227098376

As Mentioned this group buy will NOT be going ahead but contact the supplier direct on Ebay.com. Sebastian, How is the leather holding up since you have installed them a couple of months ago? Did the loose bits tighten up at all? it looks way better than the pleather covers. I will be getting a set but I have supra seats in the front so it will look different again.

It has tightened up nicely. I thought before that eventually I will get a retrim but it honestly looks factory besides the colours. I'll post some more pics when I get a chance so you can see how it's holding up. I don't think pleather do our cars any justice. I had a sample sent to me and it wasn't more than a mm thick. I'm sure it wouldn't last long. Rob, they are worth every cent. One of the only mods I believe that add real value to your car. Rob when you get them let me know and I'll be happy to give you a hand.

Make sure that they send you hog rings also. You'll need to buy a tool yourself. You can get some on ebay also but they are a little big. I suggest using the rings and also some good quality zip ties to really pull them in tight. These are made in Hong Kong apparently, then shipped to the U.S so I guess if they ship straight from Hong Kong there is a little room to move on pricing. Also make sure you specify adjustable rear headrests if you have them.
