Hey guys pending permission from peter and the amount of interest im thinking of running a group buy for front seat covers/throwovers.
I have been talking with "axs" about getting prices on their seat covers and depending on price....
1. Embroided: either griffin emblem or the "soarer" writing with the outline of the car above it.
2. Screen printed with the same logo's

Now initial costing and postage to me and printing/embroidery costs roughly estimate to around 80-90 for a pair. So basically the normal cost of axs seat covers but have our logo on them instead of trd lol
but if comes in cheaper then will be cheaper its only an estimate with shipping costs ill pay to get them to me and the printing charges etc. then postage will cost depending on where you live but im not out to sting anyone so any saving i get will be passed on as i probablywont make a cent and still lost out on price to have the screen printing templates made with my brother

So if i can get over 10 sets definite then i can get a discounted price to make the screenprinting come out to same price as normal...
My brother Scott and I made some shirts last year and wasnt a massive group buy but those who got a shirt we will be using the same prints for the logo so the larger 'soarer' or a nice little griffin logo.
Still waiting to hear back on full colour range but should have the most popular ones like black, white, red, blue, green. When i get more info and numbers ill get better pics and i will get a pair and make one myself to make sure others are happy with the way its set out etc...

Ok i have contacted a couple of embroidery places and got some prices.
Screenprinted for 'soarer' or griffin is $10 per seat so $20 for the pair.
That makes $50 for cover, $20 for print and say 10-15 in postage to me to get done then to you so looking at 85 to 90 done and posted
Colours available for print is black, white, blue, red, yellow and green.
Griffin - 70-70mm
Soarer - 250x60mm


Embroidery. Now this is a little more expensive.lol
My brother has already had the griffin logo done but havent had soarer one done so will be an 70-80 setup/digitising fee. Then prices are rough quoted as follows..
Griffin emblem $12 per seat at slightly larger 120x120mm
Soarer writing and car outline at 250x60 is $20 per seat cover and if possible chuck on an extra $5 pair for the setup fee for the logo. So i will take some of that cost unless we sell alot then i can lower the fee per pair as im not trying to make money.
So that would make
Embroidered griffin $90 posted
Embroidered soarer $ 110-115 posted

cuong yes it should be possible to get a mixed set so guessing you would want one griffon logo one soarer logo? i wont charge more but would be just up to the embroiderer if anything i know the screen printer wouldnt mind. but if embroidered would be cost for a griffin and a soarer so an inbetween cost.

Ive been waiting for the embroider to get back from holidays so i can get an accurate price on embroidery and get the print digitised in their computer. And have been flat out the last 6 weeks helping people out and trying to work on my car and bucks partys new yrs chrissy etc but after the weekend coming i should be fine to get it rolling

hey Aaron i know i asked you this about a month ago...earlier in this thread.... but is there any chance they can do the red colour throw overs now? if they can do them in red I'd still be keen for a set with black text or griffin logo...
