I Have had a quick look but cant find my answer so i figure here is the place to put it. I have full intentions to purchase a braided kit for my 91 TT in january as part of my brake upgrade.
What im wondering is, on average how much should i expect to pay to have them fitted and do you have any one in the Sunshine Coast area you would reccomend?

Sorry about the late reply Hayden. We would charge $55.00 to remove the old rubber hoses & fit the 4 braided hoses, flush the brake fluid and bleed with new fluid. Any mechanical workshop will be able to fit them, but don't know anyone on the Sunshine Coast.
Hi there Steve, you pretty much answered one of my questions however, regarding teh legalities of fitting your hoses, do you think it would be fine for NZ conditions?
I mean if its certed over in oZ I dont see why not over here right? Hope I make sense...cheers

Hi Steven.
I'm upgrading to Supra brake calipers (JZA80 4 piston front 2 piston rear) on my JZZ31 Soarer.
I want to buy a full set front and rear braided brake lines however i'm not sure if i should buy the set made for Soarers or the Supra? or are they just the same.

Hi Steven.
I have some Wilwood calipers on my soarer that have a female 1/8-27 NPT inlet. Can you make up lines to suit? The inlet is located in the centre of the rear of the caliper, and the rotors are 330mm.
The banjo fitting on the factory caliper has a locator for the factory brake hose 'roll pin', to keep the line at the right angle.
My Wilwoods dont have such a locator; does this mean the factory banjo type hose end would be unsuitable?
I need a complete set, front and rear, ( rear has same NPT1/8-27 female inlet). How much?
