Gday everyone My Soarer has been diagnosed with a sad CPU, first she would not idle ok, and would die on cold starts, then even when warm could not keep the engine running. Changed spark plugs and fuel filter, drove fine for 50ks then died again. The old spark plugs were black as black when removed, so seemed to be running rich. Anyway had to get her towed to Joe's up in Wangara and he has replaced the idle motor assembly and it idled great for 15 mins or so then died again. We are getting spark but no fuel !!!!. So he is under the belief that the ECU has incoming signals but nothing outgoing. He is now on the hunt for another one. Please, does anyone have a spare ECU laying around for us to try out, only need it for like 5 mins or so. Any ideas or help would be appreciated. Also would be willing to buy one if that deems to be the issue. Thanking you all for your Time
