I want to make up a new battery cable, as the one in my baby at the mo is looking quite fubar.
Obviously the bigger cable is going to the Alt. and the smaller one to the main fusebox. Does anyone know where I can source the alt. end terminal for the main cable?

usually the positive that goes to the alternator just has an eyelet terminal on the end of it. just make sure you run nice thick wires or the amps these cars can pull with their electrics etc can fry a small wire in no time then fry your alternator and possibly ecu's which you dont want. the biggest one should be going to your starter motor too..

Silly me. I meant the one going to the starter lol
I'll just use the same 70mm cable we use at work to connect the alt. to the under seat panel in the Ambulances :-D (l'm an auto-Sparky building ambulances by trade).
