Guys,

Have a slight problem. As per the title, my drivers side window has stopped working.

Key facts:
- Passenger window is operational from main switch
- Passenger window is operational from passenger switch
- All lights and other controls work
- Checked all fuses (including the 15A IGN, 30A PWR and 30A Door fuses) and all good
- Replaced the relay on top of kick panel fuse box with one in engine bay (exactly the same) and still no change
- Checked the wiring in the door boot (between hinges) for broken wires (including and especially the white/black cable) and all is well
- Got another switch (told to be in working order) plugged in and exactly the same symptoms as the previous switch!!!

Any additional ideas?

Apply 12v directly to the motor to confirm it's working okay and check voltage at motor when operating switch to see if power is being applied.

If the regulator is broken the window can be moved up and down by hand.

Once the door panel is off then you will see if there is any physical issues.

Really the only way to check the door loom is to remove it from the car, you can't check it in place.

I have the same issue with my Limited, been like this for months but is really irritating me now. Haven't found the problem yet, but I strongly think it's the window motor as well (the door switch has power, which seems at all pins... the window switch lights are on as well).

If I find anything I'll let you know, looking to pull apart the door either this weekend or next.
