check all of the electrical connections around the air suspension components that you took off.
check battery and terminal condition and connections.
check 12v is getting to the ecu.
might have missed putting an earth / positive back on.
when i took my airbags off to coilovers. i had to leave the airbag switch in the boot to "on" and take the fuse out. so that the warning message would not come up on the dash and the pump does not work.
guessing with my issue it had something to do with the way toyota made the loom is parallel with other components.

I still have my air pump, hoses, on off boot switch and cabin height switches in my car. My fuses have been removed for the pump and it works no worries, but it looks like you've removed a little more than this.

I don't think it will fix your problem, but you need the air pump to remain in otherwise (even with the fuse removed) you'll get an error code on the dash. I don't think this will shut the car down.
I was advised of this after I had my airpump replaced and I was told my pump had to go into the doner car to prevent an error code. Even if the pump is broken, it must complete some circuit (continuity or resistance) the system is checking against.

sorry i forgot to update! problem all fixed. i found you can remove everything to do with the air suspension except the relay thats mounted on the plastic bracket on the air sus ecu to avoid any errors
