Hi there, winter is now here and my car is parked and the mods are to start underway, one of them being an HID conversion. I have a 1992 Toyota Soarer, I guess my first question is, will the OEM projectors be up for the task of an HID kit? I hear they may work fine but you wont get the output of the HIDs, what are your thoughts? Retro-fitting new projectors might be a little out of my skill zone but any other suggestions would be great!

Hi Drew, I fitted genuine Philips 35watt with 6000 and they are fine, no issues just great. The hardest part is to get a screw onto the plastic lining in the space behind the front bar to screw the ballasts down, as the 2 sided tape does not hold as the surface in there is not flat. Cheers John
