Can anyone shed some light to this problem every time it rains my headlight relay starts surging and my headlights blink on and off and sometimes wont turn off. Now its getting worse my dash instrument panel wont light up so i am left without the speedo,fuel level and rpm and the only error code i am getting is translated to fuel level is under 5 ltrs ?. I have done a check on all the fuses and earths and everything is fine its driving me crazy.
