I have a non WMV cd unit
Was working great.
Till I disconnectted battery to rebuild power steering pump.
Now the cd button won't work!
Which means I can't use the iPod either as that's what it works with.
I haven't touched anything apart from powersteering pump and disconnected the battery.

All fuses intact.

Any advice?

When you reconnected the battery did you hear the CD changer in the boot checking each disk ,lots of clicks ?

Fixed it. The cd changer was pulled out because didn't work.
Turns out replug in stacker put battery on and the disconect cd stacker and iPod works again. Must need it for first time boot after disconnecting of battery?
But on a plus side got stacker working again anyway lol
