Hey guys, just wondering if the pov pack dash has a warning for high coolant temp or not.

My wife just cooked her car last week as it had not warnings and only noticed the temp was high when it started pinging and now i'm paranoid

It should have a red or orange light from memory ( I don't over heat my car too often) and a warning buzzer. My old 92 poverty package did but by the time it went off it was to late.
Also my 94 poverty package had a warning light but no buzzers.

My 94 pov pack when hit max high temp, racing at mallala on a 45+ deg day flashed on and off

My radiator clogged up recently and caused an overheat - I noticed it pretty quickly on the gauge, but there was no other indication - this is a JZZ31 mind you.

Hi Tai

Well my whole temp gauge was flashing and as i was racing at the time i didnt notice a noise as such,
so there could be , but i wont be taking it up to that temp ever again lol, the ground temp on track at time was 54deg i believe

As I found out last night, I hit a fox and it busted my radiator and the temp hit H then beeped and red japanese writing came up. :-(
