Hi guys I need your expert help,
My car has recently developed a few electrical issue at just about the same time,
I will try my best to describe them, My windscreen wiper sometimes seems to turn on all by itself this doesn't happen all the time only some time
The roof and door lights works sometime and doesn't work at other times,
also the turbo timer sometimes count down to 0 but the car doesn't shut off,
I should also mentioned that the car had a issue that almost drove me crazy the first year I bought it, Battery went dead if I don't drive for 3 days, my electrician wasn't able to find the exact cause and I did read the Thread about the flat battery on here, anyhow the DOME fuse was isolated and since then I have been driving without the fuse, Strange thing is the Roof and door lights would still work when I turn on the ignition so that was fine, I do not know if this have any thing to do with the now issue but when I put the fuse back in the lights work but I still have the power draw

Is it possibly to do with a dodgy immobiliser mate? Do you have a aftermarket alarm or just the crappy one that's put on when the cars come through compliance?

I know there was an alarm on the car, some 5 years ago when I bought the car I remember removing whats left of the alarm wiring however could not find where the power connection was made to maintain power to the door computer after the car is locked up.so I gave up on that issue and it was fine for a couple years without the dome fuse
my main issue is the Wiper turning on on its own and the issue with the internal lights.

You can be pretty sure that these issues have been introduced by somebody messing with stuff, so most likely it will need to be hands on to track and fix the problems.
None of the faults you listed are faults normally found with Soarers, or probably any other car for that matter.
One thing though, check the wiring that goes out to the door - there is a tutorial on it, as that may be related to the door chime and door lights issue - or not.

My electrician had fixed most of these issues, Turbo timer was defective, and he found a chafed wire going to the roof lamp that had burned off and was causing a short, the problem with the wiper just went away so I don't know if it was related to that short.

Have alook around under the steering wheel on the column. There's 2 switches that can play up if wires cut or there faulty. Can cause wierd behavior. Also check integration relay which is behind fuse box. It's a brown or silver box depending year/model.
