I have a 1jz manual jzz30 and i am looking for a mines or blitz ECU or someone that can refurbish my stock ECU as a last resort.Is there anything else out there on the market that is plug and play if i can't get any of the first two options?

PowerFC, but they're not cheap...

Does the stock ECU just need to be re-capped?

Try jumping on Facebook for sale groups. The JZZ30 ECU is the same as the JZX90 chaser too.

Not sure what the Blitz or Mines go for, but the PowerFC's are usually north of $1500 with a hand controller.

Might be better off biting the bullet for a new modern ECU with a patch loom.
