Looks like the guide has taken the orange plugs from the EMV based climate computer (up under the drivers footwell to the left of the steering column) and wired that into the TT climate control white plugs to create a patch harness.
What's wrong with your EMV ? you can run aux input into your EMV.

The EMV on my 94 v8 has has stopped functioning although the screen still shows the air-con wording at the top and the entertainment at the bottom plus the amazing stereo (one of the things we love about the car has also suddenly stopped working. Could anyone give me an idea of what is involved money wise in have this all sorted and if there is anyone in Brisbane or surrounds that has any experience of sorting Soarers systems. Peter

Hey Peter,
I'm one of the go to guys for these sorts of repairs, can do anything from ECU, digital dashes, to EMV and full stereo refurbishment.
For the EMV with my service I fix the 3 main problem areas, computer, screen/backlight, and touch function as a $450 NZD + post service, done dozens and had none returned, but offer 12 month warranty in case any of the same issues return. I take pride in the work I do, and being able to bench test the components makes sure all is well.

It seems I probably should have left this for someone more capable. I'v been a complete idiot and instead of cutting the plug out of the climate control computer I cut the male heads off that were running into it and made the loom up with those instead , now I need to re-connect them and start completely from scratch.
