Perhaps an idea would be to put up for sale/swap one SC400 Boot lid with Spoiler (stating colour) for a similar boot lid without spoiler. This option would probably cost you $0 an be better than getting the holes filled and then resprayed.

Khoa, prices can vary anywhere from as little as $250 to $550 for a proper (read: proper) job.
Keep in mind that you get what you pay for. A $250 job can be CLEARLY distinguishable, as they tend to capture a lot of the dust particles when they spray the panel..
Hell, you may find a decent bloke and will be able to match it perfectly, without charging an arm and a leg.

Since it's a non insurance job, tell him you don't need a receipt and you'll pay cash and you might get a better deal. Of course, make sure you trust him as if he screws it up, you'll have no real come back.

Vinh is on the money with those prices. With paint like his though, you'd need a pro color match AND blending too, as it would be easily noticeable on his spotless paint.
If your paint is like mine, with lots of touch ups from, goddamn people who open their doors on you, and from 15 years of weathering, you could settle for a $300 job. No blending required, just park at supermarket for a day, all blended!
