Hi guys. Just thought that i might mention the guy that is going to repair my headlights. Don't know if you heard of him

He will be fixing my headlights after the plastic was melted while being buffed. He does a full overhaul of the lights. Will post pics once i get them back. Seen some of hes work looks pretty good.

wow i wish i saw this yesterday!! then i wouldnt have 10 stitches on my knuckle and a swolen hand haha damn goop stuff :-( i might get him to fix them instead while im off work

He quoted about $120 a light shaun. My lights are getting done at the moment. They were pretty bad as i had some burn marks on them, and so far are looking like new.

hey Paul, thanks heaps for putting that link on here, i was getting ready to buy a whole new set, both headlights and high beams. not cheap! but this way is much much better! major change in price so thanks for that

Hey guys. just saw this thread (my ears were burning).....I do actually have @5 pairs of Soarer headlights here currently undergoing restoration (among a few other makes/models with similar issues).
The headlights are quoted individually (when they arrive) as some are worse than others (internal damage etc) but the price varies from @$120-@$180 but generally @$150 is the norm. (I don't actually condone quoting prices on any forums so this will be the only time its mentioned). I am taking pics as I progress so the member/s can post their own before/after pics if they wish. I've been doing headlights for over 15 years & in that time have done HEAPS of Soarers & can say they do come up exceptionally well. If you want me to post pics of my own (from previous restorations) just ask.
