The front on this looks like just an extension at the bottom of a late model front.
Anyone know if that is the case and if anyone sells them here?

It's the Autocouture kit - entire front bar replacement but not available in Aus AFAIK. Joseph Reno in the UK has this kit and I think he had to get it direct from Japan... $$$

Does anyone one know if there is a simple lip extension available in Australia for the late model front?

AFAIK, the only lip extensions for the factory 97~ front bar is made by Vertex and there's also one from Wald. But they're the only two that I know of.

Yeah, the link I put up is a Vertex front lip for the late 96 and later models.
