Can anyone tell me if it necessary to remove the front bar reinforcement in order to fit a vertex bar??

Im really hesitant to do so as it looks extremely structural...

I had to raise mine up a little bit but each kit may be a little different. Judging by mine there is only about 1cm in it.

May I know what is the front bar you guys talking about?

I'm new with the Soarer I just collected. And I intend to swop to the Vertex kit. My Soarer is tentatively fitted with the 91' WALD kit.

Danny I still have my reinforcement bar intact in the original factory position, I thought that might be an issue as well but the panel shop that fitted my Vertex kit for me said there was no need to move it but like Rob has said some kits are different.
