theres a place here in vic that can apparently do a paint scheme where its one colour when cold, another when hot... maybe try something like that?

A harlequin paint would definitely be the way to go. Blue and white looks great on TVR's...

| If I was ever to respray I would go for a shade between silver and gun metal lots of sparkle, i think lighter colours show the body curves/contours better than black or darker colours. And sharp red, yellow, orange look good too for stand out factor. I have also thought about losing the body line down the side with that respray if it ever happens.

well my other soarer is a gunmetal grey colour (toyota seal grey)so i dont want another the same/similar colour, im thinking a standout colour like orange, i dont like red, and theres 2 or 3 yellow soarers in perth. Joe that bodyline is way too prominent to remove without ALOT of work, no matter how nice the finished body would look

Maybe not loosing it completely but smoothing it out so its not such a sharp deep indentation, one day i'll be the test dummy

haha i bags not doing it but... even trying to smooth it a little would involve alot of cutting and welding to do it properly - lets face it you dont want to just use body filler to smooth it - you would need about 6 tins of bog (4kgs each tin)... it will fall out eventualy too ...

Orange is gross on cars (reminds me of the General Lee) and will date badly.

I think a light grey with a slight green tinge would look awesome. That's what I'd get mine painted with if I had the cash.

You know what would be good was if every one that suggested colour had an example, not on a car just on a pallet

I'm serious every ones idea of orange isn't going to be the same as yours, so just saying navy blue for example id have been thinking a much darker colour than the one shown above, anyway quite off topic any idea where i can get that body kit from ?
