well ive had this problem that i hope some brainy folks might be able to shed light on. My passenger side wiper was installed incorrectly so that when lifting (to clean windscreen) it rubbed badly on the bonnet. I didnt bother to adjust until now - because i have bought some after market arms (which look shmiko cause they are a glitter green and match the royal jade-although they have a silly aerofoil piece). Anyhoo. after installing i realise why someone had set the passenger side arm so low - the bloody thing sticks up at a 25degree angle where the drivers side is nice and straight. Anyway...later on i look at the original arms and find that one is curved and short (passenger side) and the other is normal and straight. I reckon the reason the passenger side was set low is that they had it on upside down and the curve was curved upwards. Wow that was long winded. if anyone is still reading could they please tell me what the original arms look like? Also is there any trick to respraying the originals so the mechanisms dont get stuck?
