Sounds good Josh, has anyone contacted the seller regarding a group buy? Or maybe I could just get a container of them over here myself!

OK, you talked me into it. I just ordered a set off ebay. Mine are so yellow I have to change them.Tried wet and dry and plastic polish but when they really turn to crap, they stay that way.

These look ten times better than the altezza style ones you can buy on ebay and its keeping them OEM aswell!!! plus thinking i might ad some halo rings to the projectors to bring them right up to date

Mine arrived yesterday, and I am quite impressed, transport was quick the quality and fit seem good.

SO, I had a spare set of lights, and installed the passenger side cover with no problem, looks really good. HOWEVER (and I don't know whether to laugh or cry) disaster strikes!! In between baking the passenger and drivers side headlight, my wife cranked up the oven temperature to 180 degrees without me noticing.

SO, now my (thankfully) spare drivers side headlight looks like the &*^*! elephant man....

She felt REALLY bad, and thought that she'd just transformed my actual headlight (not a spare) to a lump of useless molten plastic.

Oh well - moral of the story - CHECK THE TEMPERATURE!!!!

LOL that's what I'm scared of hahahaha what temperature did you do to pull them apart? 9mins @ 150C did the trick for me and it's worked a charm about 4 times now :-)

150C fan setting for 5-6 minutes worked fine.

Use a pair of oven gloves and pull gently apart.

I couldn't understand why the lights were melted at first, so I went back into the kitchen and checked the dial - sure enough 180C....sh!t

These do look awesome. I'd buy a pair if I hadn't already spent days wet sanding and polishing my current lights.

the price seems quite high - given you also have to replace them on the old light fitting.
Does the polishing really not work? Or are you still left with little swirles?
I am wanting to give it a go, but dont want to run the risk of ruining them or going to all that effort when the results arent that great.

i too am considering these, but i am concerned that i would go to all the trouble of buying, and fitting them, only to have them leak again.
i really like the look of them however. prefer these to the other style lights out there too.

anyone know what a new factory set (from Mr T) is worth ?

Jason.
