Does anyone know the correct stock ride height on a V8, front and back?
From ground to top of wheel arch.
There's a couple of cms diff on mine so not too sure which corners need adjusting, up or down.

Remember that the rear cannot be adjusted independantly, only both sides together. Front is independant.
The factory ride heights are given in detail on Planet Soarer. These are measured from the control arm bush to ground.

Actives are different ride height but Pete's got all the specs here;

http://planetsoarer.com/lower/Lower.html

...And Actives may have independant rear adjustment...I'm not sure.

Mark,
when you say that the rear can only be adjusted at the same time and not independently, could you please explain the procedure,as Steve Cheethams tutorial does not mention this

There's only 1 airline going to the rear airbags so whatever change you make on the rods changes both rear airbags.

Eg. if your rear left is too low you can't raise just that corner - you need to drop the front right to even it out.

What is this control arm bush? what does it look like and where should i measure it from? Sorry about all the questions. My Soarer height has been adjusted using rods. I want to get it to stock height. Now I have a height controller...
