hey guys been driving my new soarer for a couple of weeks now and i love it. it's slammed pretty low to the ground though and i've noticed that the cover guard for the left hand side wheel arch is missing.
I really need to replace this as the wiring etc for that side of the car is exposed and going over bumps, sometimes the wheel rubs the arch and the exposed wires along the way.
don't want to damage my baby or possibly start a fire ( i doubt that'd happen). As is, I gotta re-attach the hosing for my wipers and the left side indicator as the wheels rubbed them off.
not sure if this is exactly what it's called, but can anyone point to in the right direction to replace this part? I don't think I'll find any soarers at the local U-Pull it! haha

I hit a tire on the freeway doing 85 mph and it ripped off my whole right side fender under guards and the only place I could find replacements was to buy new from Lexus.

ouch..... Dave - how much did that set you back from the dealers? obviously they had to order it?
too bad dave. have you had any problems with that? the only solution i've found so far is to move the wiring as far away from the contact zone for the tyre as possible - with Electric tape. it's not the best solution...

When I hit that tire I mean it RIPPED off my fog lights, front bar, side fenders, and marker lights. It costed me around $4000.00 3 years ago to replace it all. Thats when I decided to just go with the Demon ground effect kit. Down side of it all they couldn't re-hook back up my air bag sensor so now I have the air bag light "on" my dash. It looked sh!tty with nothing under the fender, just open air. but be careful because I found out that factory guards DON'T fit after market body kits so your panel beater has to be creative! lol Good luck!

I think they just didn't care to hook it back up, or know how. Anyways, they are just a bunch of arseholes that I wouldn't bring anything back to them or recommend their services to anybody. Mind you these are the same people who blew my engine seals and I had to replace all of my injectors when I picked my SC up. about $3500 worth of engine work. But, oh well...when I get upset about it I just look at the Camel Toe thread to cheer myself up! lol
